Sorry for the lackluster title but this is in fact an important update. I'm leaving on Sunday to spend two weeks in Dent Minnesota to go to Japanese immersion camp where hopefully I will learn a bit. Hopefully more than a bit for all of the sacrifices I have had to make all summer in order to go...

Anyway, I obviously will not be here..so you should leave me lots of comments and read that web comic that I linked in my last journal. There are no computers there...or phones...but if anyone wants a letter, note me with your address and I'll send you one. (I have cute stationary )

...Me proclaiming that I've seen the error of my ways and I'm returning to DeviantART once more. I can't guarantee it. I never really should. I've been having a hard time lately and that makes drawing all the more difficult... I've had severe artist's block since the beginning of last summer and nothing really has wanted to come out of my head to be put on paper. Plus, it doesn't really help that my last sketchbook disappeared (AHEMWASSTOLEN) on the last day of school...I even had a comic in there that I was working on and LIKED! But I'm trying now! Honestly! I have a new, very pretty sketchbook that I've decorated (and cursed the living sin out of any little shit that tries to make off with it ¬¬ ) and have even started on a few pictures. So hopefully this won't be the last time you hear from ol' Instakitty.

Also, thank you to everyone who has supported me this far. I probably would have actually given up by now had it not been for you few but very fine people. *group hug*. And to everyone who has been there for me in general, though many of you probably will never read this, Thank you so very very much. I love you all. :hearts:

EVER!!!!! But I feel like drawing today again, o.o. I hope to have something up soon! I promise! And to those who I owe art (which is really just Izzy) please remind me of all of the things I owe you. I can't remember them o.o.
On to my actual topic:
Why does Disney continue to mass produce these shitty animal movies that all are stupid and have the same plot?! WHY?! And I don't mean movies like The Lion King or Oliver and Company. Those were GOOD. Probably because they were traditional animation. I'm so sick of this computerize crap they seem to think is all people are interested now. Not only did the old movies look so much more interesting and beautiful but the fact that they didn't look so real made them more...fanciful...I dunno what I'm saying anymore... And then there's the fact that the the stories and the dialogue themselves were so much more intelligent and interesting. I can go back and watch those old Disney movies and understand new jokes and still be entertained by them.
GAH!!!

Okay, I'm done now... BUT I REFUSE TO WATCH ANYTHING BY DISNWY-excluding Pirates of the Caribbean- UNTIL THEY START MAKING GOOD MOVIES!
